Dr Jochen Lindbach

Dr Jochen Lindbach advises and represents employers and employees in the field of individual and collective labour law. His clients include private individuals, companies, employee representatives and public corporations. In addition, Dr Lindbach specialises in family law advice and representation. One focus is preventive advice when drafting contractual agreements (marriage contracts), which is provided in close cooperation with the inheritance, corporate and tax law departments of our firm. In addition, he also advises clients whein it comes to planned or completed separations or divorces, particularly with regard to matrimonial property law. As a trained mediator, Dr Lindbach is also available to parties in conflict as a mediator.
