Collective labour law

The interests of employee groups are often represented by works councils and staff councils. The works constitution plays an important role in German companies in particular; collective and company parties regulate the working conditions for a large number of employment relationships. This also requires special know-how and sometimes negotiating skills in legal support. We offer them.

Our focuses include:

  • Negotiations on the conclusion and modification of works and service agreements
  • Representation in resolution and conciliation body proceedings of all kinds
  • Conception of employee participation models
  • Restructuring to modify co-determination
  • Advice on the modification of an existing collective bargaining agreements
  • Advice on co-determination in the company
  • “Labor Law in Industry 4.0”, in particular: Development of variable remuneration and working time models
