Norman Stabaginski

Norman Stabaginski has been practising as a lawyer at the Bielefeld office since 2026 and specialises in employment law and data protection law. Prior to this, he worked for several years as an in-house lawyer, amongst other roles, and therefore has first-hand experience of the demands of corporate practice. In the field of employment law, he advises and represents clients on all matters relating to individual and collective employment law. This ranges from drafting contracts and negotiating with works councils and trade unions to comprehensive restructuring measures. As a certified data protection officer, Mr Stabaginski also assists companies with all data protection matters, particularly those relating to employee data protection.
