As a specialist lawyer for labor law, Thomas Becker primarily advises and represents employers and executives, but also employees and staff representatives in all matters relating to individual labor law, works constitution law, staff representation law, collective bargaining law, ecclesiastical labor law, public service law, and civil service law. His clients include federal authorities, supreme state authorities and subordinate authorities, local authorities, foundations under public and private law, medium-sized companies, youth welfare organizations, institutions for the care of elderly people, diaconal organizations, as well as senior executives, employees, works councils, staff councils, and church employee representatives. Mr. Becker has many years of comprehensive litigation experience in all areas of law he represents, up to the Federal Labor Court and the Federal Administrative Court, as well as the European Court of Justice, and in representing his clients in collective bargaining committees. In addition, he is involved in shaping the law by drafting employment contracts, designing works agreements and service agreements, and negotiating collective bargaining agreements.
