German and European administrative and economic constitutional law in commercial matters
We advise and represent clients in matters relating to German and European administration and constitutional law in commercial matters. We work for companies, private individuals as well as public authorities. Our team consists of 7 proven administrative law experts who provide competent and solution-oriented advice and representation. Six of our lawyers hold the title of “certified administrative lawyer”. In addition, a former presiding judge of the NRW Higher Administrative Court contributes his extensive expertise.
We have experience not only in dealing with authorities out of court (negotiations, mediation), but also in legal disputes before all levels of the administrative and constitutional courts of the Federal Government and states.
