Voidance of insolvency

Asset shifts in the run-up to insolvency proceedings can be reversed in accordance with the Insolvency Code. Occasionally this is exaggerated by insolvency administrators and often the conditions for voidance, which are predominantly to be explained and proved by the insolvency administrator, are not or not completely met. For many years we have successfully fended off dubious insolvency disputes for companies, especially banks.
