Dr Yorck T. Streitbörger, Licenciado en Derecho, Abogado (Madrid)

Dr Yorck Tilman Streitbörger is an insolvency administrator, specialist lawyer for insolvency and restructuring law and is also admitted to the Spanish bar. He is an expert in the reorganisation and restructuring of companies both out of court and through restructuring projects (StaRUG) and insolvency plans in the case of insolvencies under self-administration or protective shield proceedings. Dr Streitbörger supports entrepreneurs in negotiations with insolvency administrators on issues such as distressed M&A, retention of title and the defence of avoidance claims or as a member of creditors’ committees. He is also regularly appointed as an insolvency administrator or trustee by the local courts. He therefore knows first-hand the concerns of entrepreneurs when dealing with customers or suppliers in insolvency. Dr Streitbörger is a member of the advisory boards of medium-sized companies and foundations. He is honorary chairman of the Bielefeld Forest Farmers’ Association Bielewald e.V.
