Real estate is playing an increasingly important role in the accumulation and protection of assets for private and institutional investors. Streitbörger has taken this into account by specialising in transactions. We advise both sellers and buyers on all types of real estate transactions, including asset deals, share deals, portfolios and single assets as well as sale and lease back transactions.

In connection with transactions, we also support in the conception of property companies, carry out comprehensive due diligence reviews, negotiate purchase agreements and assist in the drafting of loan and collateral agreements.

We have transaction experience in the health care sector, for example in transactions involving the transfer of nursing homes and hospitals, hotel properties, student apartments, shopping and retail parks, logistics properties and a wide variety of residential and commercial buildings.
