Dr Thorsten Purps

Dr Thorsten Purps is a founding partner of our Potsdam office. He advises and represents private individuals and companies in all matters of inheritance law and develops inheritance tax concepts. In addition to providing advice on inheritance law, Dr Purps is a certified executor of wills. He is also active in the field of property and real estate law. He has also been involved for many years with reunification law and thus with all facets of unresolved property issues in a legal advisory and litigation capacity and supports our clients in the assertion of retransfer and compensation claims. Dr Purps has successfully represented affected citizens before the European Court of Human Rights.
