Wolfgang Arens advises companies and their owners on the structuring (including the choice of legal form), formation, reorganisation/restructuring, corporate transactions, shareholder succession and dissolution of companies. In addition, Wolfgang Arens deals with all labour law issues in connection with medium-sized companies. His work also includes the drafting of last wills and testamentary dispositions. For more than 40 years, he has supplemented his freelance work with regular lecturing and teaching activities in the field of professional training (in particular notary and specialist lawyer training) for professional organisations (chambers of lawyers, notaries and tax consultants) and their training providers (e.g. German Lawyers‘ Academy, German Lawyers’ Institute, German Notaries’ Academy, Auditorium Celle).
