Matthias Albrecht

Matthias Albrecht has been working nationwide since 2002 in the field of administrative law at the interface with agricultural law and corporate law. In particular, he supports civil servants in protecting their legal interests vis-à-vis their employers, assists local authorities in fulfilling their duties, advises on municipal law with a focus on the economic activities of municipalities and municipal associations, and supports companies, especially in the agricultural sector, in restructuring and creating sustainable business succession plans, including practice succession for established doctors. Another focus is on the handling of real estate and corporate transactions.
