Esther Henneke has been working as a lawyer in the field of insolvency administration at the Düsseldorf and Duisburg offices since 2026. She manages and handles insolvency proceedings and assists companies in continuing their operations, undergoing reorganization, and restructuring within the framework of standard insolvency proceedings. In addition, she advises and represents creditors and debtors on all matters related to insolvency law. As a “Compliance Officer (TÜV Rheinland),” Esther Henneke possesses compliance expertise that has been independently certified in accordance with ISO/IEC 17024. She advises clients on establishing and reviewing compliance management systems (CMS) in accordance with ISO 37301. The combination of insolvency law and compliance enables her to provide comprehensive advice that takes into account legal risks and the organizational requirements for the sustainable continuation of a business.
