In public procurement law matters, Streitbörger advises both public clients and bidders from various sectors. We specialise in all areas of construction and service procurement, particularly in concession procurement law. Our public procurement law team also represents clients in disputed public procurement matters before public procurement boards and courts.
Our main areas of activity are:
- support for public clients in the design and implementation of public calls to tender
- advising bidders before and during participation in public calls to tender
