Our administrative law team advises both public sector and private market participants in the preparation and implementation of public tenders for concessions in the media: electricity, natural gas, water and district heating. In addition, the team represent its clients in disputes before the courts.
Our main areas of activity are:
- advising municipalities in the preparation and implementation of awards of concessions in accordance with § 46 of the Energy Industry Act
- advising municipal and private companies in the run-up to and in connection with the participation of concession awards in accordance with § 46 of the Energy Industry Act
- representation in summary and main proceedings before the courts in connection with concession proceedings
- advice and representation in connection with network licencing
