Gerrit Olschewski has been a lawyer at the Bielefeld office since 2024. In the field of employment law, he advises and represents employers and employees in all areas of individual and collective employment law. He also advises HR departments on the preparation and implementation of personnel measures, drafts employment contracts and assists managing directors and board members as well as senior executives, in particular in connection with the termination of employment relationships.
