Dr Sebastian Henneke

Dr Sebastian Henneke is an insolvency administrator, a specialist lawyer for insolvency and restructuring law and a certified restructuring expert. He has been working for over 23 years as an expert in the judicial restructuring and reorganization of companies, both in the roles of insolvency administrator and trustee as well as restructuring officer or reorganization facilitator. He is mainly appointed by the insolvency courts in Duisburg, Dortmund, Münster and Bochum, but also by the insolvency courts in Essen, Düsseldorf, Hagen, Arnsberg and Kleve. Dr. Henneke is also available to companies as an advisor or general representative in self-administration proceedings.
