State aid and subsidy law

State aid and subsidy law is becoming increasingly important, as funding bodies at EU and national level are becoming ever stricter in their monitoring and sanctioning of compliance with formal and material funding regulations. Our administrative law experts have recently assisted numerous funding recipients in proceedings, particularly at the interface with public procurement law. Our competent and pragmatic approach has proven successful in this regard.

  • Review and drafting of hunting lease agreements
  • Hunting
  • Firearms law

Real estate transfers

Real estate is playing an increasingly important role in the accumulation and preservation of wealth for private and institutional investors. We have responded to this trend by specializing in this area of transactions. We advise both sellers and buyers on all types of real estate transactions. Our consulting services cover asset deals as well as share deals, portfolios, single assets, and sale and leaseback transactions. Attorney Albrecht is a recognized expert in the field of real estate law.

In connection with transactions, we also provide support in the conception of property companies, carry out comprehensive due diligence, negotiate purchase agreements, and assist in the drafting of loan and security agreements.

Company succession

Transferring a company to new owners is a complex process. It requires careful planning. This begins with the selection of suitable successors. In addition to family and social considerations, legal and tax considerations also play a role. This process requires professional advice. Unfortunately, however, not every company succession can be accompanied by the entrepreneur himself. It is therefore important to draw up an entrepreneur’s will at an early stage. It is essential to prevent shares in a company from being transferred by way of statutory succession. Statutory succession offers a suitable solution for many inheritance cases, but not for business succession. A good entrepreneur’s will ensures that the company remains capable of acting and can continue to exist even in the event of the entrepreneur’s death.

Land lease law

Securing the land used for farming poses particular difficulties for farmers. Only with the help of legally secure contracts, which must be able to withstand legal review by the agricultural court if necessary, can land be legally secured for years, even decades. Our lawyers have decades of expertise in this area and make this expertise available to their clients.
