You can retain us to register German, EU and IR trademarks. We are also happy to file applications for national trademarks outside these countries, in cooperation with local colleagues with whom we have worked for many years. We manage and monitor the trademarks we have applied for.

Of course we also accompany you in opposition and cancellation proceedings. If the trademark is registered or protected for you, we advise and represent you – as a plaintiff or defendant – in trademark infringement matters, both at home and abroad.
