Karsten Schneider is a Graduate Legal Officer (FH) and has been working in the notary’s office at Streitbörger since 1996. In 2014, he took over the management of the Streitbörger notary’s office. As a specialist in corporate and real estate law matters, his work focuses on supporting notaries in the preparation of contracts and other notarial documents. In particular, he supports them with complex and difficult issues in corporate and real estate law transactions (company transfer and purchase agreements, reorganisations, conversions, declarations of division, property development). He is also the contact person for our clients alongside the notaries.
