Anna-Marlena Groeneveld advises and represents her clients in family law matters, both out of court and in court. A special focus is on advice and representation in the event of an intended or completed separation or divorce and the associated questions, in particular the dispute over property law and maintenance. Mrs Groeneveld also advises on the drafting of prenuptial contracts and agreements on the consequences of separation and divorce. She is also an experienced contact person for questions about custody or visitation rights. Ms. Groeneveld can also advise and represent her clients in English.
