Enrico Boelitz

Enrico Boelitz advises on all matters of energy and telecommunications law as well as in the areas of construction law, architectural and engineering law. He specializes in representing and advising energy suppliers and telecommunications companies in and out of court. Among other things, Mr. Boelitz supports his clients in the drafting and amendment of contracts and assists the operators of supply networks in the conversion and expansion of renewable energies. Another focus of his work is in the area of contracts for the sale of goods, in particular he advises companies that act both as buyers vis-à-vis their own suppliers and as sellers vis-à-vis their customers.
