Dr Gregor Bräuer is a lawyer and specialist lawyer for insolvency and restructuring law. He has been working in the field of corporate restructuring since 2006 and is regularly appointed by courts in North Rhine-Westphalia as insolvency administrator, trustee and restructuring officer. Dr. Bräuer has made a name for himself in complex insolvency proceedings, including those of the Essen-based real estate groups FAKT and AGRICULTURE PARK with a total of around 40 group companies in Germany and abroad. The media also focused on the insolvency proceedings of MISTER MINIT and the German subsidiary of the Swedish fashion group Gina Tricot, for which Bräuer was responsible as trustee and insolvency administrator respectively.
